Refund Policy

The short version

An unlock is a one-time purchase of a digital creation that is delivered to your browser immediately. Because delivery is instant and we store nothing, unlocks are generally non-refundable once delivered. If something genuinely went wrong, we'll make it right (see below). That's also why we show your first 2 rooms free: so you can judge the result before you ever pay.

When we'll refund you

Email keon.me@gmail.com within 14 days with the code shown on screen and your payment receipt, and we'll sort it. Please don't pay twice; contact us first.

When we usually can't refund

Immediate delivery & your consent

By completing checkout for an unlock, you ask us to begin delivering the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge that, once delivered, any statutory "cooling-off" / right of withdrawal no longer applies, to the extent permitted by law.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.
